There are many benefits of utilising a Personal Trainer such as:

 

  • Regular contact between us.  I am always available to support and motivate you in your fitness journey. It also helps keep you on track of your fitness routine and goals.

 

  • Training sessions are designed and personalised just for you! This means each session is tailored to your specific needs and abilities. This can help you achieve your fitness goals more quickly and efficiently.

 

  • Exercise routines can be adapted to work around you.  If your having an 'off day', for example (don't worry we all have them), the exercises can be simplified to still be achievable and boost your mental health. Equally exercises can be made more challenging if your ready for it! 

 

  • Training sessions are flexible to work around your busy work schedules. Small group sessions with friends or family members can help keep costs low and affordable. 

 

  • Every training session is different, challenging you by working different aspects of your fitness. This can help prevent boredom and keep you motivated.

 

  • I have a wealth of knowledgeable around health, fitness, and the human body. I can help you learn proper form and technique, which can reduce your risk of injury during exercise.

As a Personal Trainer and Sports Therapist; my aim is to help you achieve your fitness goals in a safe and sustainable journey for lasting results. I am enthusiastic, positive and proactive in my coaching methods. It is common to experience moments when the going gets tough and you may feel you want to give up. I will be at your side to motivate and energise you through those lows.

 

I have a wealth of experience coaching clients of all ages and abilities; providing fun and enjoyable sessions, whilst still being hard working. I will provide you with expert advice based on your individual needs with safe and effective exercises to help you get the best results.
