A Bit About Me
I began my career after graduating from Suffolk University in 2009 with a degree in Sport Science. Since then I have continued to further my scope of practice by completing numerous courses in personal training which include; Kettlebells, TRX, Core Ball, Indoor Cycling, Pad Work, Chair Based Exercise, Circuit Training and Older Adult courses. I have been working in the industry for over 15 years and progressed into teaching and assessing fitness and personal training courses with the Core Academy.

well i have been a Personal Trainer for 15 years. i have a wealth of experience training a variety of ages and abilities.
i can provide fun and enjoyable sessions but at the same time they will be hard working, I make sure that we work towards your target goals what ever they may be.
what i can provide for you is individual expert advice, Safe and effective exercises to get the best results for you.
If you struggle for motivation then having a PT will give you that extra push that you need
i make sure there is variety to the sessions is each session will be different and i make sure they are fun and enjoyable.
everyone trains differently and works differently and i make sure that the session are tailor made for you and only you and your goals and aims.
the last thing why you should pick me as a PT is the support element that i provide, i will help you get to where you want to be and if you are having a slump i will pick you up again to get you back on track to where you want to go.
